About Us
We are a fast-growing advertising and branding organization focused on delivering strategic branding, digital marketing, and growth solutions to clients across industries. We are looking for an energetic, highly driven, and process-oriented Business Development Representative Manager who understands complete sales lifecycle management and can build a structured lead-to-conversion process.
This role requires a person who can independently manage end-to-end sales activities, lead generation systems, CRM workflows, and conversion optimization while supporting business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Funnel & Lead Management
- Manage complete end-to-end sales funnel activities from lead generation to conversion handover.
- Identify, filter, and qualify raw leads into warm and hot prospects.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings/calls for high-intent prospects with decision-makers.
- Develop and optimize lead nurturing processes to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain sales pipeline visibility and ensure timely follow-ups.
CRM & Automation
- Manage and optimize CRM workflows using Zoho CRM.
- Build, maintain, and monitor sales pipelines, lead stages, workflows, and automation processes.
- Generate sales reports, dashboards, and conversion analysis.
Digital Campaign & Lead Optimization
- Understand and coordinate performance marketing campaigns on:
- Google Ads
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Monitor campaign quality and optimize lead generation performance.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
WhatsApp & Communication Automation
- Manage WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with WATI platform setup, workflows, chatbot implementation, and campaign optimization.
- Create automated customer engagement and follow-up systems.
Lead Generation & Data Research
- Conduct data mining and data extraction from multiple platforms and databases.
- Research prospects using LinkedIn, social platforms, websites, directories, and industry databases.
- Create and maintain targeted lead databases.
- Generate quality B2B prospect lists aligned with business objectives.
Email Marketing & Outreach
- Execute email marketing campaigns and outbound outreach activities.
- Create lead nurturing sequences and follow-up systems.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize engagement metrics.
Tele Calling & Client Interaction
- Perform outbound calling and prospect engagement.
- Conduct initial discussions with prospects to understand requirements.
- Build relationships and maintain strong communication with potential clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–8+ years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Sales Operations, or similar roles within Advertising, Branding, Marketing, or Digital industries.
- Strong understanding of complete sales lifecycle management.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Zoho CRM
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- WhatsApp Business & WhatsApp API
- WATI platform
- Email Marketing tools
- Experience in lead qualification and conversion strategies.
- Strong data mining and market research capabilities.
- Excellent communication, tele-calling, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and reporting capabilities.
- Self-driven with ownership mentality and result-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in advertising agencies or digital marketing companies.
- Knowledge of sales automation and workflow integrations.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and databases.
- Understanding of AI-driven sales and marketing automation tools is an added advantage.
