Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth & Business Development Lead at BabyBloom IVF & Maternity Centre, located in Gurugram. The key responsibilities include spearheading business development strategies, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, driving sales targets, and fostering partnerships to expand the organization's reach. The candidate will also oversee project management, coordinate cross-functional teams, and execute innovative growth strategies while maintaining excellent communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to identify business growth opportunities and evaluate performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in growth hacking and sales strategies to meet and exceed organizational targets.
- Proven experience in project management to oversee and execute initiatives while ensuring timely results.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry or fertility treatments is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional partnerships.
- Master's degree, preferably from a top-tier institution (e.g., IIT/IIM), is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a team-focused environment.
