About Us
We are a fast-growing startup building in the furniture and appliances rental. Since we are an early-stage startup, this role is highly dynamic and gives hands-on exposure across growth, partnerships, operations, and business development.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Intern who can help us expand our network by reaching out to manufacturers, brokers, real estate companies, and other B2B partners. This is a mix role where you will work directly with the founders on growth and operations initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Find and onboard furniture manufacturers and vendors
- Reach out to brokers, real estate agents, and property consultants
- Build partnerships with real estate companies, builders, and corporate clients
- Explore and close new B2B tie-ups
- Assist in business development and lead generation
- Coordinate with operations and vendor teams
- Help in executing startup growth initiatives
- Maintain partnership and outreach data
Requirements
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Comfortable with calling, messaging, and meeting partners
- Self-driven and willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Good at coordination and execution
- Interest in startups, sales, growth, and operations
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel preferred
Internship Details
- Duration: 2–3 Months
- Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹6,000 per month
- Location: Gurgaon
- Work Type: Hybrid/In-office
