As a Growth Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of our business development efforts, helping us build a strong pipeline of potential clients and nurturing key relationships. Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and decision-makers
- Initiate outreach via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn, to spark interest and open doors
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and hiring goals
- Nurture relationships and keep the conversation going through consistent follow-up
- Collaborate closely with the business development and leadership teams to schedule high-impact meetings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system
- Stay informed about market trends, hiring movements, and industry news to add value in every interaction
What You Bring to the Table
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or any related field
- 1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, client engagement, or business development
- Stellar communication skills—written and verbal—you can hold attention and build trust
- Proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to pick up the phone or craft a compelling email
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and CRM tools (bonus points if you’ve worked with HubSpot or Zoho)
- A team player mindset with a drive to exceed expectations and grow with the company
