As a Growth Associate (Sales) at CommerceWaale, you will play a key role in driving student admissions, business growth, and brand expansion.
Your responsibilities will include counselling students and parents, handling leads, closing admissions, and building strong relationships through calls and WhatsApp communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Convert leads into successful admissions and achieve monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion and student experience
- Maintain proper follow-ups and update lead status in CRM systems
- Support business growth initiatives and brand expansion activities
- Work closely with management to implement effective sales strategies and processes
You will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to improve conversions and enhance the overall student experience. Additionally, you will collaborate directly with top-level management and directors to strategize sales techniques and support their effective implementation.
