Hiring: Growth Associate | Quick Commerce | GurgaonWe’re looking for a Growth Associate to drive inventory planning and catalog optimization across quick commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Plan inventory based on SKU performance; ensure zero/low OOS for top products
- Track and analyze DRR, DOH, and sales trends to drive decisions
- Maintain high availability across dark stores & warehouses
- Create and manage ROs as per platform (e.g., Blinkit) Min/Max logic
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely PO fulfillment & high fill rates
- Ensure smooth GRN and resolve supply-side issues
Catalog & Pricing- Optimize product listings with strong content and visuals
- Benchmark against competition and improve conversions
- Track competitor pricing and align with internal P&L
What We’re Looking For- 1–3 years in e-commerce / quick commerce / operations
- Strong Excel + analytical skills
- Hands-on with Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart preferred
- High ownership & execution mindset
