About the role
In this role you will be contributing to Vested’s global expansion - across multiple geographies and product lines - starting with the UAE, and expanding globally across the Middle East, South East Asia, and beyond. This role will span market assessment, entry and expansion strategy, regulation and licensing, global partnerships, both new acquisition and portfolio growth, competitive pricing, and GTM covering both virtual and on-ground meetings and events.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who is both strategic and execution-focused, with experience in growth across multi-product and multi-geo platforms.
The expected growth trajectory is for the Associate to grow into a Manager role - potentially managing new Associate(s) / relocating to launch and expand in geos beyond India.

What you will do
● Support International User growth strategy: Work directly with Vested’s Director, International on global expansion to new geos and customized products for International Users.
● Grow across geographies: Optimize Vested’s presence in the UAE, and subsequently other high-priority geos, tailoring strategy to each region’s investor behavior, as well as onboarding partners for new International User acquisition.
● Manage multi-product growth: Drive International User portfolio growth across multiple product categories - U.S. Stocks, Global Mutual Funds, GIFT City wallets, cards and investments, Private Markets, etc. Focus on competitive pricing and customized products for International Users.
● Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with content, tech, and product teams to improve product offerings for International Users. Partner with marketing for both virtual and on-ground engagement of International Users. Build feedback loop from International Users to Customer Success team.
● Analytics & reporting: Set KPIs, define tracking infrastructure, analyze performance regularly, and translate insights into action.
● Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously explore new tools, trends, and algorithm updates to keep Vested’s international growth strategy competitive and innovative.
Prior experience
● Undergraduate degree in engineering / business. Tier-1 MBA is a plus.
● 2+ years of experience in a startup growth role
● Proven experience in a multi-product and multi-geo startup environment
● Strong hands-on working knowledge of not just spreadsheet pivots, but also CRM and BI tools
● AI-first - savvy with querying Gen-AI tools, as well as working knowledge of AI productivity tools
● Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable growth plans.
● Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate across marketing, product, engineering and customer success teams.
● Prior experience in fintech, investing, or financial services is a plus.
● Prior lived experience as an NRI (student / professional) is a plus.
