We’re hiring a Growth Associate Intern
someone who’s curious about how creative businesses actually grow.
This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing, community building, and human behavior.
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing and nurturing leads (not chasing them)
• Handling magazine sales with a relationship-first approach
• Building and engaging communities (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)
• Supporting campaigns, launches, and growth experiments
• Creating smooth systems for lead tracking & follow-ups
Who this is for:
• Someone interested in digital marketing & brand growth
• Someone who enjoys conversations, not just conversions
• Curious about community building & audience psychology
• Organized, proactive, and okay handling multiple moving parts
• Bonus: If you understand design or interiors, even better
What this is NOT:
• Not cold calling
• Not target pressure sales
• Not a boring, one-dimensional internship
