Reporting to: Founder & CEO (With Travel Flexibility )
Job Summary:
We're looking for a smart, driven, and entrepreneurial Growth Associate to work closely with
the Founder of our EdTech platform. This is a dynamic role involving business growth,
market outreach, operations, and strategic support. You’ll get firsthand exposure to how an
EdTech startup scales — from ideation to execution — and play a key role in taking the
platform to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Founder in day-to-day planning, scheduling, and communication.
- Support with EdTech partnerships, university liaisons, and B2B communication.
- Conduct research, competitor analysis, and growth planning tasks.
- Be ready to travel occasionally for meetings, education fairs, presentations, and
- business programs.
- Represent the company in one-on-one presentations.
- Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth
execution.
Qualifications and Skill we Preferred:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Education).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Self-starter attitude with multitasking ability.
- Passion for education and technology is a big plus.
