Role Description
This on-site internship role as a Growth Associate is located in New Delhi. The Growth Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, assisting in developing marketing strategies, supporting sales initiatives, and managing project workflows. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of growth-oriented campaigns and projects.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and effectively
- Sound knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, client communication & prospecting.
- Proficiency in Market Research for gathering and analyzing critical data
- Understanding of Sales principles and Marketing activities
- Basic knowledge of Project Management to oversee and execute tasks efficiently
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, innovative work environment
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Prior internship or related experience is beneficial but not mandatory
