About Spolto
Spolto is building the most structured and reliable sports platform for communities in India. Through our PeakPlay vertical, we partner with residential societies to deliver professional, curriculum-led sports coaching for kids and adults. We operate across Mumbai and Pune and are expanding into new cities. We are scaling fast and looking for builders who want responsibility early.
Role Description
This is a revenue-first, on-ground growth role.You will work directly to grow PeakPlay across residential communities.
This is not a desk job.
This is not a “strategy-only” role.
You will:
- Engage with prospective members
- Represent Spolto inside residential communities and build trust
- Plan and execute on-ground activations to drive engagement
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth member experience
You will see firsthand how a consumer startup scales city by city.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 0–2 years
