Growth Associate (Sales & Revenue)

REPLACI is redefining how furniture is bought and sold.
Today, buying furniture is broken — customers can’t visualize, retailers struggle to convert, and existing 3D tools are slow, complex, and inefficient.
We’ve built an AI-powered platform that transforms any 2D image into a fully editable environment — allowing users to visualize, replace, and redesign spaces instantly. No 3D skills required.
This is not a “nice-to-have” product.
It directly impacts conversion rates and revenue for our customers.
The Role
This is not a typical marketing or sales role.
You are not here to:
- Post content
- Run ads
- Do “brand awareness”
You are here to drive revenue.
You will own the entire sales pipeline:
Lead generation → Outreach → Demo → Conversion → Retention
If you’re not comfortable being measured on numbers, conversions, and revenue, this role is not for you.
What You’ll Actually Do
1. Build & Own the Sales Funnel
- Design and execute the full funnel: Lead → Demo → Conversion → Retention
- Identify drop-offs and fix them aggressively
- Continuously optimize messaging and conversion points
2. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify high-quality leads across furniture brands, retailers, and enterprises
- Build targeted lists and outreach strategies
- Focus on high-intent, high-value prospects
3. High-Volume Outreach
- Execute outreach at scale via email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and calls
- Personalize messaging while maintaining high output
- Manage hundreds of conversations simultaneously
- Follow up relentlessly and close loops
4. Sales & Demos
- Conduct product demos tailored to each prospect
- Clearly communicate how REPLACI increases conversions
- Handle objections and push deals to closure
5. Conversion & Revenue Ownership
- Take full ownership of closing deals
- Hit weekly and monthly revenue targets
- Work directly with the founder to refine the sales strategy
6. Feedback Loop to Product
- Bring insights from users back into product and messaging
- Identify patterns in objections, drop-offs, and use cases
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Traits
- Extremely execution-focused
- Comfortable with targets, pressure, and accountability
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- High ownership mindset — you don’t wait, you act
- Ability to move fast and iterate faster
Tools & Communication Requirement
- Experience using CRM and outreach tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar
- Proven ability to manage high-volume communication across channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, DMs)
- Strong pipeline management — tracking leads, follow-ups, and deal stages
- Ability to maintain personalization even at scale
Good to Have
- Experience in SaaS sales, B2B sales, or startup environments
- Understanding of design, furniture, or interior space (not mandatory)
- Prior experience in outbound sales or growth roles
