REPLACI is redefining how furniture is bought and sold.
Today, buying furniture is broken—customers can’t visualize, retailers struggle to convert, and 3D tools are too complex.
We’ve built an AI-powered platform that turns any 2D image into a fully editable 3D environment—letting retailers and customers visualize, replace, and redesign spaces instantly. No 3D skills needed.
This isn’t a “nice-to-have” product. It directly impacts sales conversion for our customers.
The Role (Read This Carefully)
This is not a typical marketing or sales role.
You are not here to “post content” or “run campaigns.”
You are here to drive revenue and build a growth engine.
You will own:
• Lead generation
• Outreach at scale
• Sales funnel execution
• Demos
• Conversions
• Market intelligence & strategy
From first touch to closing the deal—you own the pipeline.
If you’re not comfortable being measured on conversions, pipeline, and revenue, this role is not for you.
What You’ll Actually Do
1. Build & Own the Sales Funnel
• Design and execute the entire funnel: Lead → Demo → Conversion → Retention
• Identify exactly where users drop off—and fix it
• Constantly improve conversion rates at every stage
• Treat the funnel like a product that needs iteration every day
2. Run Large-Scale Outreach
• Execute high-volume outreach across LinkedIn, email, Instagram
• Personalize at scale (not spam)
• Build systems, templates, and workflows that can scale to thousands of leads
• Test aggressively: messaging, hooks, targeting
3. Sell the Product
• Run demos with founders, retailers, and enterprise clients
• Handle objections, follow-ups, and closing conversations
• Turn interested leads into paying customers
• Learn fast from every call and improve the pitch
4. Turn Marketing Into Revenue
• Create content that actually converts—not just looks good
• Write copy for landing pages, emails, and outreach
• Align messaging with what actually works in sales conversations
• Kill anything that doesn’t drive results
5. Competitor Research & Growth Strategy
• Continuously track competitors, alternatives, and emerging tools in the space
• Break down what they’re doing across:
• Messaging
• Positioning
• Pricing
• Channels (SEO, social, paid, communities)
• Identify gaps, opportunities, and unfair advantages for REPLACI
• Translate insights into actionable growth strategies and experiments
• Bring new ideas every week: campaigns, angles, distribution channels
• Stay on top of trends in AI, design, SaaS, and furniture retail
6. Build Systems, Not Just Execute
• Set up CRM flows, outreach tools, and tracking systems
• Make the process repeatable and scalable
• Create a pipeline that a future sales team can plug into
Who This Is For
• You’ve done outbound, growth, or sales before (SaaS is a plus)
• You think like an operator, not just a marketer
• You understand that marketing = revenue, not vanity metrics
• You’re comfortable talking to clients, pitching, and closing
• You naturally analyze competitors and think in strategies
• You like moving fast, testing, and figuring things out
• You take ownership—no waiting for instructions
