At NxtWave, As a Growth Associate, you will own and operate NxtWave’s growth across a portfolio of Tier-1 & Tier-2 campuses. You are responsible for driving acquisition, activation, and student success stories across multiple colleges
.You will design and execute scalable growth strategies across your campuses, including on-ground activations, ambassador programs, referral loops, and digital campaigns to consistently drive new student acquisition and ensure strong onboarding into NxtWave’s ecosystem. You will track campus-wise metrics such as sign-ups, active learners, engagement, and success stories
.You will build, train, and manage student leadership teams across campuses, ensuring each campus has strong local execution while you maintain centralized visibility and control over performance. Your role is to make NxtWave the default career platform across every campus you manage
.You will also act as the growth and feedback engine between students and the central NxtWave team, aggregating insights from multiple campuses, identifying patterns, and helping shape product, pricing, and go-to-market decisions at a national level

Job Responsibilities:
- Drive student acquisition and onboarding at scale across assigned campuses, owning total students onboarded and % penetration
- Design, execute, and iterate growth experiments to improve reach, conversion, and onboarding velocity on campuses
- Build, manage, and mentor campus ambassador teams to consistently execute high-quality events, branding videos, and student-ledUGC
- Own end-to-end execution of campus initiatives to ensure smooth operations and strong NxtWave brand presence
- Drive onboarding-to-activation conversion by guiding students based on defined career tracks and engagement guidelines
- Act as a trusted mentor and ecosystem guide for students to improve consistency, engagement, and retention
- Work closely with central teams to share learnings, scale successful growth playbooks, and continuously improve campus outcomes
