Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Growth Associate to drive and manage key initiatives across operations, marketing, and patient experience. The role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a problem-solving mindset to ensure smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program & Project Management
- Plan and manage end-to-end execution of key programs and initiatives
- Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables for ongoing projects
- Track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
2. Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with clinical, operations, and marketing teams
- Act as a central point of coordination between stakeholders
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams
3. Process & Operations Management
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement
- Streamline workflows and improve operational processes
- Support implementation of new systems or initiatives
4. Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor program performance and key metrics
- Prepare regular reports and updates for leadership
- Highlight risks, challenges, and dependencies proactively

Tools & Software Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Public Health, Hospital Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Master’s degree (MHA, MPH, MBA in Healthcare Management, or equivalent) is preferred
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and delivering results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for making a positive impact in the women’s health space is a plus.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
