Job Summary:
We're looking for a smart, driven, and entrepreneurial Growth Associate to work closely with the Founder of our EdTech platform. This is a dynamic role involving business growth, market outreach, operations, and strategic support. You’ll get firsthand exposure to how an EdTech startup scales — from ideation to execution — and play a key role in taking the platform to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Founder/CEO in day-to-day planning, scheduling, follow-ups, and strategic communication.
- Maintain and manage the company Data Room, ensuring all important documents are properly organized, updated, and accessible across departments.
- Ensure documentation readiness for audits, partnerships, internal reviews, and business growth initiatives.
- Support EdTech partnerships, university collaborations, and B2B institutional communication.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and assist in growth and expansion planning.
- Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Represent the company in meetings, presentations, education fairs, and business programs.
- Be willing to travel occasionally for official meetings and events.
- On behalf of the CEO, compile and update performance analysis reports covering all company departments, tracking KPIs, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Have more than basic (intermediate) knowledge of Excel, sufficient for reporting, datatracking, and performance analysis.
Qualifications and Skill we Preferred:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Education).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data management
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Self-starter attitude with multitasking ability.
- Passion for education and technology is a big plus.
