What You Will Do
You will design and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn, build high-quality lead lists, and craft outreach that gets responses from senior HR and C-suite decision makers across the US. You will research target accounts and personas, monitor market trends, and keep the CRM sharp and current. You will run A/B tests across messaging and sequences, analyse what is working and scale it, cut what is not, and bring new channel ideas with a clear rationale behind them.
What We Are Looking For
0 to 1 year of experience — freshers are encouraged to apply. You think analytically, draw conclusions from data independently, and treat outcomes as personal responsibility. You are genuinely curious about AI, B2B SaaS, and outbound growth, and you adapt fast when priorities shift. Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Instantly, or Smartlead and prior exposure to cold outreach or B2B sales is a plus, not a requirement.
