About the role:
As a Growth Associate, your primary responsibility will be focused on lead generation and building a strong pipeline of potential business opportunities. You will play a key role in driving growth by identifying and connecting with prospective clients through multiple channels including cold calling, networking, events, webinars, partnerships, and marketing-led initiatives.
Primarily, you will be solving the following key problems:
- How to generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads?
- How to create new business opportunities through proactive outreach?
- How to leverage marketing activities and events for lead generation?
- How to improve outreach effectiveness and conversion of prospects into qualified opportunities?
In order to embark on the next leg of growth, we need highly driven individuals who want to take ownership and contribute beyond just executing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
We strongly believe that in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the activities/responsibilities will keep changing depending on the needs of the hour. We want you to take ownership of outcomes and proactively define activities to achieve goals. Still, to give you a better understanding of the role, here is what we have on the top of our minds:
Lead Generation & Business Development:
- Use cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels to identify and generate leads.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and business opportunities.
- Research prospective clients, industries, and decision-makers to improve outreach effectiveness.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Coordinate introductory meetings and conversations with potential clients.
Marketing-led Lead Generation Activities:
- Support and participate in events, seminars, webinars, and networking initiatives to generate leads.
- Identify partnership opportunities that can contribute to business growth and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute lead generation campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads generated through events and marketing activities.
Performance Tracking & Analysis:
- Track lead generation activities and maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups.
- Analyse lead generation data and identify opportunities to improve conversion and outreach effectiveness.
Skills (Must Have):
- 1 - 3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in cold calling and outreach activities
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of marketing and lead generation activities
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Be a good team player
