Role Overview:
As a Growth Intern in the Founders' Office, you will work directly with the CEO & COO on strategic initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to gain first-hand experience in the decision-making processes at a high-growth startup, while contributing to key projects that impact our company’s future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Outreach (Sales): Engage with potential customers to gather insights and drive lead generation for the sales team.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Data Analysis: Track key metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Growth Hacking: Ideate and execute innovative strategies to accelerate user acquisition and retention.
- Product Feedback: Work with the product team to provide feedback on new features based on customer insights.
- Partnership Development: Assist in identifying and developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that resonates with our target audience.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in fast-paced startups, sales, and growth strategies.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, flexible working hours.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with growth tools and digital marketing is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
