About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Growth Associate to support Eva Ad Ventures’ market expansion and operational setup in India. This role will focus on on-ground execution, including identifying potential sites for advertising screens, coordinating with local vendors, and assisting in the regulatory approval process.
This is an exciting opportunity for early-career professionals or freshers experienced in field operations, sales, or business development who want to play a key role in building EVA’s presence in Jaipur’s growing market.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Ground Sourcing: Execute market research to identify high-potential locations for advertising screen installations across India.
- Regulatory Support: Assist the leadership team in navigating municipal regulations and preparing documentation for licensing and permits.
- Vendor Coordination: Identify and coordinate with local contractors, printers, and installation partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Field Operations: Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation progress, maintain quality control, and ensure hardware compliance.
- Market Analysis: Assist in competitor mapping and stay updated on local advertising trends within the city.
- Liaisoning: Support interactions with local authorities and private property owners to secure placement rights.
- Reporting: Maintain daily trackers of expansion activities and provide regular updates to the Growth Manager.
- Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless city-level launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, field sales, or on-ground operations.
- Strong interest in Outdoor Advertising (OOH) and urban infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
- A "hustler" mindset with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
- Comfortable working in field-based roles involving significant travel across India.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and basic reporting tools.
- Must have a personal vehicle for city-wide travel.
