About the Role
Growth Associate
Full-time | On-site | Bangalore
- This role will drive user acquisition and growth for Circle through performance marketing, SEO, and emerging discovery channels like AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
- This is a high-impact execution role, working closely with founders and the growth team to scale demand efficiently while building long-term organic growth engines.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels
- Manage budgets, bids, creatives, and targeting to maximize ROI
- Continuously run experiments on creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve CAC
- Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying insights and actionable improvements
Digital Marketing & Growth Execution
- Support end-to-end execution of growth initiatives across channels (paid, organic, partnerships)
- Work closely with content and design teams to brief and iterate on creatives
- Identify new channels and opportunities for user acquisition and activation
- Optimize landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rates
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Own keyword research and content opportunity identification
- Work with content team to create high-quality, SEO-optimized pages
- Improve on-page SEO (meta tags, internal linking, structure)
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance using tools like GSC, GA, etc.
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
- Optimize content for AI-driven discovery platforms (ChatGPT, Google SGE, etc.)
- Structure content for featured snippets, FAQs, and direct answers
- Identify high-intent queries where Circle can rank in answer engines
- Stay updated on evolving search/AI trends and adapt strategy accordingly
Analytics & Insights
- Track key growth metrics (CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, organic traffic, rankings)
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor performance
- Use data to inform decisions and prioritize growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of paid marketing channels (Meta, Google preferred)
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools
- High ownership and willingness to experiment and learn quickly
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data
- Ability to execute fast and iterate based on feedback
Nice to Have
- Experience running performance campaigns hands-on
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, etc.)
- Understanding of AEO / AI search trends
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
