₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and fit)
Performance-Based Growth Opportunity:
At BidrYde FinCorp, we believe in rewarding impact, not tenure. Based on individual contribution, ownership, and business outcomes, compensation may be revised after the initial 3-month review period. High-performing candidates may have the opportunity to progress toward annual compensation in the range of ₹6–12 LPA.

BidrYde FinCorp is building innovative vehicle-backed financing solutions designed to empower car owners in need of emergency funds. Our mission is to make asset-backed financing more accessible, transparent, and growth-oriented for underserved segments.
We are looking for a highly driven Growth Associate who understands both finance and operations and is eager to contribute directly to the company's growth journey.
Key Responsibilities, Business Growth & Partnerships
- Identify and onboard potential lending, NBFC, and strategic partners.
- Support business expansion initiatives and new market opportunities.
- Assist in creating and optimizing growth strategies.
Financial Analysis
- Conduct financial assessments and basic credit evaluations.
- Analyze business performance metrics and financing opportunities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and growth insights for leadership.
Operations Management
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across teams.
- Streamline internal processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor partner and customer onboarding workflows.
Research & Strategy
- Track industry trends in fintech, lending, mobility, and vehicle finance.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify market opportunities.
- Support fundraising, partnership discussions, and strategic initiatives when required.
Requirements & Must-Have Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Growth, Operations, Finance, Business Development, Fintech, NBFC, Banking, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and business operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and business reporting.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred
- Experience working with fintechs, NBFCs, lending platforms, banks, or financial services companies.
- Familiarity with vehicle financing, asset-backed lending, or credit products.
- Experience handling partnerships and business development initiatives.
