Role Description
This is a full-time role, remote-friendly with the option to work from our Mumbai offices. As a Growth Associate, you'll lead with empathy, generating and nurturing leads, managing the full sales cycle, partnering with senior leadership to drive closures, and delivering exceptional onboarding experiences.
Qualifications:
You are a highly organized, tech-savvy, self-starter with
- Strong empathy, communication and customer service skills
- 1–4 years in Growth or Sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently
- Experience in Data, AI, or Tech is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Humanities, Business Administration or Engineering
