About the Role
You will be the revenue engine for Ai-LearnX Innovations' corporate training vertical — hunting and closing deals with mid-to-large enterprises looking to upskill their workforce in AI and Generative AI. You will engage with L&D Heads, HR Leaders, Training Managers, and CXOs to position Ai-LearnX's hands-on programs as a strategic business investment — not just a training spend.
Work From Home (Initial Period): This role starts fully remote — giving you the flexibility to build your pipeline and close deals from wherever you work best. As the company scales, hybrid/in-person engagement may be introduced based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Pipeline Building
• Identify and prospect target enterprises (200–5,000+ employees) across BFSI, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Retail, and Healthcare
• Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and referrals to generate qualified discovery meetings
• Build and maintain a healthy 3–4x pipeline through disciplined CRM hygiene and follow-up cadences
Consultative Selling & Deal Closure
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand each client's AI readiness, workforce challenges, and learning goals
• Craft customized training proposals aligned to measurable business outcomes — not just course catalogues
• Present ROI-driven pitches to HR Heads, L&D Managers, and C-suite stakeholders
• Own the full sales cycle from first connect to signed agreement and first payment
• Negotiate commercials, handle objections confidently, and consistently meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Account Management & Client Success
• Coordinate with the training delivery team to ensure seamless onboarding and program kick-off for new clients
• Drive renewals and upsells within existing accounts to grow revenue per client over time
• Maintain strong post-sale relationships to generate referrals and testimonials
Partnerships & Market Intelligence
• Identify and develop channel partnerships — HR consultancies, staffing firms, industry bodies, and professional networks
• Represent Ai-LearnX at HR summits, industry events, and AI conferences
• Feed market insights, competitive intelligence, and client feedback back into the product and marketing teams
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
• 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in EdTech, Corporate Training, L&D SaaS, or HR Tech
• Demonstrated track record of closing deals in the Rs. 5L–50L+ range with enterprise clients
• Strong understanding of corporate L&D and HR decision-making processes and buying cycles
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presence — you can hold a room
• Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email outreach, and CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho preferred)
• Self-starter mindset — thrives in a remote, high-ownership environment
Good to Have
• Prior experience selling to HR, L&D, or Talent Development teams at mid-to-large enterprises
• Basic familiarity with AI/GenAI concepts — you don't need to be a data scientist, but you should genuinely believe in the transformation AI brings
• Existing network in HR, L&D, or Training communities
• Experience working in an early-stage or growth-stage company
Compensation & Benefits
