- Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager
Position Overview
As the Assistant Manager- Marketing, you are the primary engine driving QYUBIC’s external messaging. This is a high-impact, hands-on execution role designed for a professional who can bridge the gap between business goals and creative output. You will act as the central point of coordination, ensuring that SEO, social media, Email, and Product teams are perfectly synchronized to deliver a consistent brand voice across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign & Communication Execution
- Convert business goals, promotional offers, and product updates into clear, high-converting marketing communication.
- Own the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
- Maintain strict content alignment, ensuring that brand voice and specific keywords are woven seamlessly into all copy.
2. Retention & Lifecycle Marketing (Full Knowledge Required)
- Email Marketing: Take full ownership of planning and executing email campaigns, including finalized copy, subject lines, and CTAs.
- Push Notifications: Full knowledge of planning engagement/retention calendars and coordinating timing with tech teams.
3. Social Media & Creative Coordination
- Collaborate with planners to finalize content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop platform-specific strategies for LinkedIn to strengthen QYUBIC's professional presence.
- Provide clear, actionable briefs to graphic designers and video editors, managing all timelines and deliverables strictly through Excel.
4. SEO & Cross-Team Orchestration
- Coordinate with SEO teams to align blog topics and off-page efforts with active brand priorities.
- Act as the "central hub" to reduce misalignment, rework, and delays across design and product teams.
- Track and report performance metrics (Open Rates, CTR, Engagement) using Excel.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Execution Mastery: Proven ability to manage multiple teams and deadlines using structured tools like Excel.
- Lifecycle Expert: Full knowledge of Email and Push Notification strategies.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of the nuances of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Accountability: High ownership mindset—you are comfortable managing timelines without needing direct authority over other teams.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in marketing communications, content orchestration, or campaign execution.
- Background: Prior experience with apps, e-commerce marketplaces, or digital platforms is essential.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
