Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Growth and Strategy Intern role based in New Delhi. As a Growth and Strategy Intern, you will work closely with the strategy team to identify and execute growth opportunities, assist in business development initiatives, and conduct market research for strategic decision-making. You will support project management, contribute to sales strategies, and develop innovative solutions to drive organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, interpret trends, and deliver actionable insights
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Growth Hacking and techniques to identify and promote market growth opportunities
- Strong Sales capabilities with an ability to develop client relationships and business opportunities
- Experience or ability in Project Management to manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables effectively
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for business growth and innovation
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools is an advantage
