Role Description

We are seeking a Growth and Strategy Intern for an on-site, part-time role at our New Delhi location. The intern will be responsible for assisting in strategic planning, market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include conducting research, supporting project management efforts, aiding in sales initiatives, analyzing data, and contributing to innovative growth strategies. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic and creative work environment.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in growth hacking and strategic planning
• Knowledge or experience in sales and project management
• Ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment

• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies is an advantage
