Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Growth and Strategy Consultant. The Consultant will work closely with clients to develop and implement GTM strategies, analyze business challenges, and deliver actionable insights. Primary responsibilities include consulting on growth initiatives, managing enterprise outreach strategies, defining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), and ensuring effective pipeline governance. Additional tasks include optimizing processes, and facilitating strategic discussions to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to generate insights, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Expertise in consulting and management consulting to design and execute tailored business strategies for diverse clients.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas, lead discussions, and facilitate collaboration across teams.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused, and results-driven environment.
- Knowledge or experience in B2B sales processes, pipeline management, or outbound outreach is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
