We're an AI & technology consultancy helping businesses unlock real value from AI. Founded by a Carnegie Mellon AI grad with 5 years of enterprise AI experience, we're now scaling our client base across two segments: helping SMBs adopt existing AI tools smartly, and building end-to-end AI solutions for larger businesses.
The Role
You'll own the top of our funnel. Your job is to find businesses that need AI, get their attention, and book qualified calls with our founder. You're the bridge between the market and our technical team.
What You'll Do
- Run Loam.ai's LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social channels — creating content that positions us as the go-to AI consultancy for Indian businesses
- Identify and research potential clients (SMBs struggling with operations, mid-market companies ready for custom AI builds)
- Run cold and warm outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn DMs, and WhatsApp — using AI tools to do this at scale
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls with the founder
- Track pipeline metrics and iterate on what's converting
- Help craft case studies, one-pagers, and pitch collateral from our existing client work
You're a Great Fit If You
- Have 1–3 years in B2B sales, digital marketing, or business development (agency or startup experience is a plus)
- Actually use AI tools in your own workflow — ChatGPT, Claude, AI outreach tools, automation platforms — and can talk about them naturally
- Can write sharp, clear copy that doesn't sound like a template
- Are comfortable getting on calls, following up relentlessly, and hearing "no" often
- Understand the basics of what AI can do for businesses (you don't need to be technical, but curiosity is non-negotiable)
- Are based in Mumbai or open to hybrid/remote
