We’re Hiring: Growth & Operations Lead (India)
We’re building something meaningful at Polariz — an AI-powered platform helping families support their child’s speech and communication at home.
Now, we’re looking for a Growth & Operations Lead in India to help us scale thoughtfully and efficiently.
Role OverviewThis is a hybrid role at the intersection of growth, operations, and execution.
You’ll not only drive user acquisition but also ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes.
What you’ll do:
- Drive user growth across parents and professionals
- Execute and iterate on growth experiments (social, communities, partnerships)
- Build and manage day-to-day operations workflows
- Support onboarding of users (families / experts) and improve their experience
- Work closely with founders on strategy, execution, and scaling systems
- Help create simple, empathetic messaging for a sensitive user base
What we’re looking for:
- Strong execution mindset — you get things done
- Ability to balance growth + operations (both equally important)
- Comfort working in early-stage ambiguity
- Empathy-driven communication
- Prior startup / ops / growth experience is a big plus
Commitment:
- ~8–16 hours/week to start
