Role and Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content improvements
- Drive organic traffic growth by optimizing website pages, blogs, and landing pages
- Implement AEO strategies to improve visibility in AI search and featured snippets
- Plan and execute backlink campaigns through outreach, guest posting, and partnerships
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns including lead nurturing, newsletters, and re-engagement flows
- Segment audiences and personalize campaigns based on user behavior and lifecycle stages
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and sales teams to align on lead generation goals
- Distribute and repurpose content across social platforms, primarily LinkedIn
- Monitor performance metrics such as traffic, rankings, CTR, and conversions, and optimize accordingly
- Generate regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations to improve overall marketing performance
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth/SEO marketing
- Strong foundation in on-page SEO and keyword research
- Experience in building and executing backlink strategies
- Hands-on with email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns
- Skilled in using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for performance
- Experience in driving organic traffic and inbound lead generation
- Good understanding of content marketing and distribution
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Self-driven with a data-focused and results-oriented mindset
