This isn't a fetch-coffee role. You'll be doing research, marketing, outreach, digging into competitors, supporting PR, helping with events, and honestly — whatever the moment calls for.
You're the right fit if you:
→ LOVE beauty products & follow trends obsessively
→ Stay on top of beauty industry news and brand moves
→ Have a knack for researching anything
→ Are super sincere, proactive, and organised
→ Thrive in startup chaos, not just survive it
→ You can use GPT, Claude, Canva, and Excel really well
