Role Description
We’re looking for a dynamic and ambitious Lead – Enterprise Sales to drive merchant acquisition, enterprise partnerships, and revenue growth. This role is designed for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, loves hustling, and wants to make a long-term impact in shaping the future of India’s payments landscape.
As the first sales leader at bluSwap, you will directly work with the founding team, and this position will evolve into Head of Sales & Growth with ESOP benefits for the right candidate. With our current growth trajectory, the ESOPs hold massive wealth-creation potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive Ecom enterprise and SME merchant acquisition strategy.
- Identify, engage, and close high-value clients across early commerce, mid-market, and SME segments.
- Build and manage strong CXO-level relationships with decision-makers.
- Achieve aggressive sales targets, timelines, and growth milestones.
- Develop and optimize the sales playbook, pricing strategies, and market entry plans.
- Work closely with the product and marketing teams to shape solutions that meet customer needs.
- Mentor and build a future sales team as the business scales.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in payments, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions. ( At least 2 years exp in payments Solution company is mandatory )
- Proven track record in closing large enterprise / SME deals.
- Deep exposure to early commerce and mid-market segments.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- A true hustler mindset – someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
