Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram for a Growth and Engagement Manager - Community. The Community Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing a thriving community among potential customers and Tetr stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include organizing online events, managing communication channels and groups (WhatsApp, Slack), fostering relationships via diverse engagement strategies, and monitoring community interactions. This role also involves acting as a liaison between various teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and the community's interests. The role involves -
- Driving awareness and acquisition for community via various channels.
- Designing onboarding journeys and ensuring adoption and customer activation in the community groups.
- Driving engagement and customer retention in the communities via daily activities, competitions, inter-country or inter-continent challenges, hackathons, fun games, online events, and offline immersions.
- Create and lead niche community groups for specific nurturing and driving revenue.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related with at least 2-3 years of corporate experience is a must. MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience of managing community groups across any platform (WhatsApp, Slack, Discord) is a must. Experience in social media management and content creation is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective community engagement and relationship building.
- Project management and organizational skills to execute multiple activities seamlessly.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, with problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and passion for community-building and education.
