Role Description
The Growth and Business Interns role at PractoMind is a full-time hybrid position based in Bhubaneswar, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work. Interns will be involved in market research, growth strategy implementation, sales support, and innovative problem-solving to drive business expansion. Duties also encompass project coordination, maintaining client communications, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, and supporting day-to-day operational tasks to elevate business processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and identify growth opportunities
- Effective Communication skills for seamless collaboration and client engagement
- Proficiency in Growth Hacking strategies to drive sustainable business expansion
- Experience or interest in Sales and fostering client relationships
- Basic knowledge of Project Management to support ongoing operational activities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Highly motivated and adaptable, with a passion for growth and business challenges
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
