Growth Analyst, Monk Industries
Overview

We are looking for a Growth Analyst who understands people, processes, and momentum. Someone who can manage leads intelligently, nurture communities, and execute growth initiatives without relying on aggressive sales tactics.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, and human psychology.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Lead Intelligence & Nurturing
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads in a thoughtful, non-pushy manner
- Understand user intent and guide them through a meaningful journey
- Maintain and track leads using CRM systems
- Build long-term relationships rather than chasing short-term conversions
Community Building & Engagement
- Manage communities across platforms (WhatsApp, Discord, Telegram, etc.)
- Initiate and sustain conversations that add value
- Build trust, consistency, and engagement within the ecosystem
- Act as the bridge between the brand and its audience
Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing growth campaigns
- Work closely with content, marketing, and operations teams
- Monitor performance and suggest optimisations
- Ensure seamless user journeys across funnels
Automation & Systems Thinking
- Set up and manage workflows (CRM, email sequences, WhatsApp automations)
- Identify inefficiencies and improve processes
- Build systems that reduce manual effort and increase scalability
Micro Project Ownership
- Independently manage small projects (campaign rollouts, onboarding flows, internal initiatives)
- Coordinate across teams to ensure timely execution
- Track progress and maintain clarity in deliverables
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a target-heavy, pressure-driven sales role
- Not about cold calling or forced conversions
- Not limited to one function — this is a hybrid growth role

Good to Have (But Not Mandatory)
- Experience with CRM tools (Trello, Slack, Jira)
- Familiarity with automation tools and email marketing
- Understanding of digital marketing ecosystems
- Prior experience in community or audience management
