About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Growth Analyst to support our growth initiatives, primarily across ecommerce marketplaces. The role involves managing daily operations, tracking performance metrics, supporting ad campaigns, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support day-to-day ecommerce operations on the marketplaces platforms.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
- Assist in running and monitoring ad campaigns, including performance tracking and basic optimization
- Track key performance metrics (sales, conversion, ROI, inventory health) and prepare regular reports
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, supply chain, marketing) to ensure smooth execution
- Support marketplace compliance, catalog hygiene, and process adherence
- Assist in executing growth experiments and promotional activities.
Skills & Competencies Required
- 0-2 years experience in ecommerce operations and marketplaces
- B.tech or similar graduation, MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
