We’re Hiring: Growth & Activation Lead for Jindal Steel & Power
Location: Raigarh, Chhattisgarh | On-site, residential

We’ve just deployed mental health services at a 4,500-employee industrial site.
Now we need someone who can make it actually work.
This is not a strategy role. This is execution.
If you’ve ever taken something from zero to real adoption in a tough, offline environment- this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
- Getting workers to actually use the clinic
- Driving repeat visits, not just first-time awareness
- Running on-ground activations that cut through stigma
- Building a peer network that drives real referrals
- Figuring out what works- and scaling it fast
What This Role Demands
- You’ve done on-ground work: sales, ops, community, field activation
- You’re comfortable in industrial environments (this is not a desk job)
- You speak Hindi fluently and can connect across levels
- You don’t wait for instructions- you figure things out
- You care about outcomes, not just effor
