🚀 We’re Hiring: Growth & Business Development Manager (SaaS / GTM)
About MyFlopy
MyFlopy is building the future of private cloud storage, helping users turn any PC into their own secure personal cloud. Our mission is simple: give people full control, privacy, and ownership of their data.
We’re looking for a Growth & Business Development Manager to help take MyFlopy to market, generate qualified opportunities, close deals, and build scalable growth systems.
What You’ll Do
• Drive lead generation through outbound and inbound channels
• Run discovery calls, demos, proposals, and close deals
• Build and manage sales pipeline
• Develop partnerships and referral channels
• Execute go-to-market strategies and growth experiments
• Improve messaging, positioning, and customer acquisition funnels
• Track key metrics like leads, conversions, and revenue pipeline
• Share customer insights to help shape product direction
What We’re Looking For
✔ 3+ years in business development, sales, growth, or SaaS roles
✔ Strong communication and presentation skills
✔ Proven experience in lead generation and deal closing
✔ Startup mindset with ownership and execution focus
✔ Experience with SaaS, CRM tools, digital funnels, or AI tools is a plus
