Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating business needs into functional specifications. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to facilitate requirements gathering and ensure that the solutions developed align with business objectives. Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement. Develop and maintain documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases. Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and strategies. Assist in project management activities including planning, monitoring, and reporting. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. Create and deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Skills and Qualifications 4-10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau. Experience with business process modeling and documentation. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
