About the role

We're looking for an Operations Associate, Special Projects on the Business Operations team to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that improve how Grow Therapy scales and operates. Your responsibilities will include leading complex projects, building scalable systems, and partnering across teams to solve critical business challenges. What you'll be doing: Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from scoping to execution, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes. Identify and solve strategic or operational problems that don't clearly fall within a single team's remit, often in ambiguous or fast-changing areas. Design and implement scalable systems, workflows, or processes that improve efficiency, quality, or decision-making across the business. Collaborate with stakeholders across functions (e.g., Operations, Data, Strategic Partnerships, Payor Success, etc.) to understand needs, drive alignment, and support execution.

About the company

Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we're building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we've empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We've raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.
