Harvest Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Prepare cultivation space and hallway for harvest
Carry out whole plant harvest
Carry out fresh frozen harvest
Assist with final defoliations in flower rooms
Performs product inspection for irregularities, particulates and other contaminants
Verifies that raw materials meet specifications
Post-harvest clean up and room turnover
Logging waste in accordance with facility procedures
Ensure that plants get hung and labeled appropriately within the dry rooms
Assist with compliance aspects within the harvest process including the recording and reporting of harvest weights

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma / GED or higher
A minimum of (1) year of related cannabis experience
Maintain clean, sanitary and organized work areas.
Self motivated and the ability to multitask.
An effective and persuasive communicator that constantly strives for simplicity and clarity. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform manual labor tasks required for the management of the grow
Strong knowledge of the cannabis industry and the harvest process
Strong leadership experience, with experience leading large teams
Strong attention to detail
