Our development ecosystem: Languages: Java, J2EE, Ruby on Rails Frontend: Node.js / React JS MySQL / PostgreSQL Redis / Memcached ELK Stack (logging) / Wavefront (metrics, monitoring) OpenSearch/Elasticsearch (searching, indexing) RESTful API design Asynchronous messaging / pub-sub frameworks Jenkins CICD, Docker, K8S, AWS cloud, Google cloud GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, OpsGenie You'll spend time on the following: You will take full ownership of the technical aspects of our global technology infrastructure, ensuring that the platform is being used to its fullest potential through designing and building applications around our customer's needs You will Design/Develop/Migrate/Maintain a myriad of platform applications and services in Cloud & Kubernetes environment You will collaborate within the team and outside teams in the organizations to ensure that required business features, high performance and cost effective solution are implemented effectively Build service artifacts, estimate and plan for deployment, coordinate timeline and tasks with project management and teams Improve service stability and performance by identifying critical service specific metrics, setting meaningful alerting thresholds, and automating alerting responses Drive the discussion and decisions on technical topics related to the team's scope Mentor and guide junior team members and unblock them on technical challenges
