About the role

As the Director, Paid Social, you will lead a team of paid social media specialists and be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms. You will provide strategic direction, develop and implement social media strategies, oversee campaign performance, and collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of client campaigns. Additionally, you will mentor and develop your team, identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
