Role Description
We are seeking a Group Product Manager for the Pharma Infant Nutrition Division. In this full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, you will drive product strategy and development, oversee product lifecycle management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include identifying market opportunities, launching new products, leading a team of product managers, and formulating strategies to enhance product performance and market share.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Product Strategy and Product Development to create and implement growth-focused initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in Product Management and lifecycle oversight, ensuring product alignment with market needs.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for market research and data-driven decision-making to enhance product offerings.
- Proven Team Leadership experience to guide and mentor product management teams toward achieving targets.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; candidates with healthcare or pharmaceutical experience will have an advantage.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a focus on delivering impactful solutions.
