Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Group Product Manager - Urology, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves overseeing product strategy, market analysis, and product lifecycle management within the Urology segment. Key responsibilities include leading product development initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring effective product launches, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The Group Product Manager will also collaborate with the sales team to drive product performance and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Product Strategy and Product Management within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, customer needs, and performance metrics
- Experience in Product Development, including lifecycle management and new product launches
- Effective Team Leadership skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams toward common goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in the Urology segment or related therapeutic areas is an advantage
