Role Description
This is a full time, on site Group Product Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Group Product Manager will lead the Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) portfolio, driving product strategy, portfolio growth, and innovative marketing initiatives. The role involves analyzing market trends, planning impactful product launches, collaborating with cross functional teams, and leading strategic brand campaigns. The candidate will work as an individual contributor, reporting to the Marketing Manager, while ensuring strong coordination across teams.
The role is part of one of the largest specialty divisions of Micro Labs, recognized for award winning healthcare initiatives such as “I Am on Salt Satyagraha” and “CardioNXT.” The division has received prestigious recognitions from organizations including The Economic Times, EBM CNBC, Asia Book of Records, and India Book of Records for impactful patient awareness and medical education initiatives. A self motivated mindset, leadership ability, and strong team player attitude are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing with strong exposure to cardiology would be prefered
• Expertise in product strategy, brand management, product launches, and go to market execution in the pharma industry
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and cross functional team collaboration skills
• Self motivated team player willing to work as an individual contributor and relocate to Bengaluru
