Role Description
Medopharm is seeking a Group Product Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Group Product Manager will be responsible for leading product portfolio strategies, managing marketing plans, and steering cross-functional teams to ensure product success. The role includes market analysis, product development oversight, competitive research, and the creation of go-to-market strategies. The position involves collaboration with key stakeholders to achieve revenue targets and drive long-term business growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in product management, lifecycle planning, and developing product roadmaps
- Experience in conducting market analysis, competitive research, and identifying growth opportunities
- Strong project management and team leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams effectively
- Proficiency in developing marketing strategies and implementing promotional campaigns
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector is highly desirable
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and pharmaceutical market dynamics is a plus
- Master's degree or CA or MBA, preferably with a specialization in Marketing or a related field
