Job Summary
The Group Product Manager (GPM) - MADTECH.AI will own the end-to-end product strategy, execution, and evolution of the MADTECH.AI platform and associated product initiatives. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment across Product Management, Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Engineering, BI & Analytics, DevOps, Product Marketing, and Product Support functions to ensure successful product delivery and business growth.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of product leadership, technical depth, SaaS platform experience, and business acumen with proven experience building and scaling enterprise B2B SaaS products within AdTech, MarTech, DataTech, Analytics, AI, or integration ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
1) Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own and drive the overall product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for the MADTECH.AI platform and related product offerings
- Align product priorities with business objectives, customer requirements, market opportunities, and technology evolution
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, customer discovery, and industry trend analysis across AdTech, MarTech, Data & AI ecosystems
- Translate business opportunities and customer pain points into scalable product capabilities and actionable product requirements
- Prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, business impact, scalability, and technical feasibility
2) End-to-End Product Development Leadership
- Lead the complete product lifecycle including ideation, requirements gathering, solution definition, architecture alignment, development, testing, release, and post-launch optimization
- Work closely with Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML, QA, DevOps, and BI teams to ensure high-quality and scalable product delivery
- Drive Agile product development practices using Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Own product roadmaps, sprint planning, release planning, and execution tracking using tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Ensure timely execution, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination across departments
3) Platform, Data & AI Innovation
- Drive innovation initiatives across SaaS, AI/ML, Generative AI, analytics, automation, and integration capabilities
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI agents, workflow automation, customer intelligence, predictive analytics, and data activation capabilities
- Collaborate with technical teams on scalable platform architecture, API-first design, cloud-native development, and modern data ecosystems
- Contribute to product direction involving AI frameworks, RAG pipelines, NLP capabilities, recommendation engines, and intelligent workflow orchestration
4) Cross-Functional & Business Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Partner Success, and Customer Success teams across India and global markets
- Support pre-sales engagements, product demonstrations, solution discussions, and strategic customer conversations
- Act as a subject matter expert for MADTECH.AI capabilities within AdTech, MarTech, Analytics, Data, and AI domains
- Facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment
- Engage directly with customers and partners to gather product feedback and improve platform adoption
5) Product Performance & Optimization
- Define and monitor product KPIs, platform adoption metrics, customer engagement metrics, operational performance, and business impact indicators
- Utilize analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback to continuously improve product capabilities and user experience
- Drive data-driven product decision-making using dashboards, BI platforms, usage analytics, and customer insights
- Lead initiatives focused on process optimization, operational efficiency, scalability, and product maturity
6) Leadership & Team Management
- Provide functional leadership and direction across Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Data, QA, DevOps, and Product Support teams within the MADTECH.AI ecosystem
- Mentor and guide product managers and cross-functional contributors to build a high-performance and customer-centric culture
- Foster innovation, accountability, ownership, collaboration, and execution excellence across teams
- Build scalable product management processes, governance frameworks, and best practices
Technical Expertise
SaaS & Platform Engineering
- Strong understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS architecture, multi-tenant platforms, scalability, observability, and lifecycle management
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, API-first development, and cloud-native applications
Cloud & DevOps
- Strong exposure to AWS is required; experience with GCP and Azure is preferred
- Understanding of Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, monitoring, logging, and platform operations
AI/ML & Data Ecosystem
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, MCP and intelligent automation frameworks
- Familiarity with frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, LangGraph, AI Agents, and RAG architectures
- Strong understanding of analytics platforms, data warehousing, ETL/Reverse ETL, data pipelines, and data modeling
Analytics & BI
- Experience working with BI and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Sisense, Superset, Looker, or similar technologies
- Strong understanding of data-driven product development and analytics frameworks
APIs & Integrations
- Experience with REST APIs, event-driven architectures, integration frameworks, iPaaS ecosystems, and connector development
- Exposure to customer data platforms (CDP), marketing data workflows, and orchestration frameworks preferred
Product & Agile Tools
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience with product management, product analytics, and roadmap tools preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, Data Science, or related technical field required
- MBA or advanced technical/product management qualification preferred
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS product engineering, product management, or platform development
- Minimum 7+ years of product management experience with ownership of large-scale SaaS or platform products
- Proven experience working in AdTech, MarTech, DataTech, Analytics, AI/ML, Integration, or Customer Data ecosystems
- Strong technical foundation with prior exposure to software engineering, APIs/integrations, cloud platforms, data engineering, or analytics platforms
- Experience working with AI-enabled platforms, analytics products, or intelligent automation solutions preferred
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, customer data workflows, and enterprise data platforms
- Experience working with global customers and teams across the US, UK, Australia, and MENA regions preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Strong leadership mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
- Willingness to work from Mysuru or Bengaluru offices
