Are you a visionary product leader who thrives on building innovative, customer‑centric solutions? We’re looking for a highly motivated Manager – Product Management to lead a team of product managers and drive strategic product initiatives for our core business.
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Define and drive product strategy with clear, supportable objectives and long‑term vision.
- Build product roadmaps, craft KPIs, and develop user stories & requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing team of product managers.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, business) to ensure high‑quality product delivery.
- Oversee testing strategies, ensure reliability, and incorporate user feedback to enhance product quality.
🔹 Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent.
- 14+ years of overall experience, including 8+ years in core Product Management.
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing product managers.
- Proven success in delivering software/technology products in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills to bridge business and engineering.
- Solid understanding of software development processes.
- Ability to leverage data for insights, risk validation, and decision-making.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
- MBA from a reputed institute.
- 5+ years of experience in a top-tier product-driven company.
- Experience or knowledge of the Escrow / Title Insurance industry.
- Hands on experience with AI tools and projects.
